As part of our services, we offer comprehensive event management. Our professionals have managed and designed for events as noteworthy as the 2000 Olympic games, and for companies spanning the globe: Pfizer, Lancome, Coca-Cola and Nike, to name a few. With such experience comes a sense of event-economy, and we know how to find what you are looking for without a large investment of your money or your time. We can assist you with selecting specialty table décor, securing hotel rooms, finding a novelty act or rare flower—in short, just about anything you can envision.


We have a dependable roster of associates here to assist you, and we never accept commissions or incentives from the vendors we recommend. Our referrals are based solely upon the excellence of service provided to our guests. We work with designers and artists at the forefront of the special events industry, true professionals who are on the cutting-edge of New York style and design in their respective fields.


We want to be involved in your production, and certainly don’t expect that you should close on the house and coordinate your round-the-world guest plan all in the same week without any assistance from us. Your occasion is our personal business. We will get to know one another very well, and insist that you remain members of the Renaissance family long after your event passes.
