Exotic Details, Dramatic Balcony Views
At the entrance, French doors welcome you into a European-style lounge
replete with Turkish carpets and elegant, comfortable chairs and settees.
There is no waiting in a separate area before your event or reception
begins. Your party is underway, and the elegance of our Mahogany bar quickly
steals the attention, that is until the balconies come into view. Alabaster
pendants illuminate the warm red and wood tones on the balconies. Views
open onto the vistas of candlelit tables, 28 feet below onto our plaza
level of natural greens and the earth tones of variegated marble.

A Sweeping Staircase, Plaza Level Dining, and Supper Club Ambiance
Our marble and wrought iron staircase is impossible to resist, and the
descent to our plaza level for dinner, where you will find yourself in
an intimate supper club setting with tables surrounding our dance floor.
We do not have linear rows of tables. Each guest can see every other guest
in the room. As a result, everyone is inspired to participate in the festivities.
In other words, there are no clock-watchers at your event. This is not
to say, however, that you won't spend the hours as magically atop our
cozy, lively balconies.

Music is the divine way to tell beautiful, poetic things to the heart—Pablo
Casals
A man strikes a resonant note at the top of the stairs, on our Mahogany
Hallet-Davis baby grand piano. The sound is soul-filling without amplification,
and makes for an unforgettable reception or night of cocktails and conversation.
The Renaissance features an acoustically designed space, generated with
the latest Yamaha, JBL, Rane, Crown, Cerwin-Vega, Mackie and Shure technology.
All audio and video is controlled from a private media-mixing room. Whether
your event highlights a band or deejay, you can be assured that the sound
will be extraordinary, and that the space as you see it is the space as
it will look on the day of your occasion. There is no need for complicated,
unruly rentals or set up of equipment. The Renaissance is quickly becoming
the premier stage for some of the world's finest musicians, and your event
will benefit from the same studio-quality sound elegance our space and
technology
provide.

Let us dance!
The plaza level features an intimate central dance floor with surround-style
seating. Lighting columns with kinetic options add more color to an already
atmospheric setting, to a space that stands on its own without embellishment.
